Residential Marine and Recreational Port in Sant Carles
Project for the conversion of the commercial dock of the Sant Carles de la Ràpita port into a residential marine and a recreational port.Study of an operation over 70 Hectares including connections between the Marina and the navegation channels of the Delta del Ebro. Building studies that include 1.000 dwellings, 2 hotels, commercial buildings, service buildings for the port and the creation of 1.200 moorings.
